And to avoid any surprises and set the right expectations for our guests.

• Our standard rate is Rs.15,000 (INR) per night for the entire 2 bedroom villa.
• We offer discounted rates for extended stays and/or for bookings made in advance.
• All bookings made directly with us are fully refundable if cancelled at least 30 days prior to check-in.
• The entire property will be available for your exclusive use.
• We do NOT let out individual rooms or on a sharing basis.
• We have 2 bedrooms and can accommodate 4 adults comfortably.
• We can also provide an extra bed (floor mattress) in each bedroom if required.
• Our maximum occupancy is 6 adults with the use of an extra bed in each bedroom.
• As per government rules, valid photo-ID is required for ALL guests staying with us.
• We are NOT available for parties, events, gatherings or day use.
• We recommend a minimum stay of 2 nights and offer discounted rates on extended stays.
• FREE WIFI is provided on a best available basis and is subject to network availability.
• Please be advised that we have a security camera at the entrance to the building.
• The building is also equiped with a Smoke Alarm and Carbon Monoxide detector.
• We are unable to accommodate walk-ins or last-minute reservations.
• Please note that this is a vacation HOME and not a hotel or resort.
• Unlike hotels and resorts, we do NOT offer daily housekeeping services or change of linens and towels.
• Housekeeping and change of linens and towels are provided once every 3 nights for extended stays.
• Heavy cooking is NOT permitted. Example: Curry, Fish, Biriyani, etc.
• We can pickup and deliver food from any of the restaurants in and around Kozhikode for a nominal 10% service charge.
• Only light cooking is permitted and you are expected to clean up after yourself. Example: Eggs, Toast, Instant Noodles, Soup, etc.
• A housemaid/chef may be arranged on request for an additional fee. Please contact us to discuss your needs.
