All cancellations and payments are fully refundable up to 30 days prior to check-in date.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method used. Credit to customer account will depend on processing time of customers financial instituion and the payment method. Please contact your bank or financial instituion for their processing time.

Any cancellations within 30 days of check-in date are NOT refundable.
